My stay was a delight, with friendly staff and warm croissants for breakfast that made each morning feel special. plus, being just a few steps from the Basilica of St Mary of Health and almost 2 km from St Mark's Square made exploring the sights absolutely effortless.

The two-bedroom apartment was super spacious for our family of four! It had great air-conditioning that worked perfectly in the July heat. The decor felt inviting, and we loved how quiet the area was—no street noise at all, which is a win for a light sleeper like me. But figuring out the washer situation was a bit confusing, and we ended up hanging clothes to dry around the bathroom. Overall, a comfy place to stay while exploring Venice!

locanda ca' del brocchi bed & breakfast is in a beautiful, quiet part of town, close to vaporetto stops and restaurants. the breakfast is delightful with warm croissants and rich coffee made just for you. the staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming, making our stay even better.

However, minor maintenance issues were noticeable in the bathroom, detracting slightly from the overall experience. While breakfast options were good, better planning is needed to avoid a rush since the breakfast area can get busy.

The spacious two-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family, comfortably accommodating four. The vicinity was quiet yet only a brief stroll from the main attractions. The nearby water bus stops made getting around Venice easy, but the breakfast left much to be desired with limited options.
